    Every athlete starts here.

    All new athletes begin with a 1:1 training session, where we combine evaluation, goal-setting, and hands-on coaching into one powerful session.

    This session gives us a clear picture of:

    How your athlete moves

    Where their game breaks down

    What their goals are

    What they actually need next

    From there, we build a personalized plan that may include:

    - Ongoing 1:1 training

    - Access to INDOOR Classes

    - Or a combination of both

  • INDOOR CLASSES

    High-performance group training.

    Classes are where athletes train the elements they canโ€™t work on alone โ€” movement patterns, timing, decision-making, ball control under pressure, and competitive scenarios.

    Built using the integrated model:
    off-court movement training + on-court skill development, created by a 4x Olympian.

    You get:

    - Reps you canโ€™t replicate in private training

    - Movement systems that make skills stick faster

    - Real competition + game-speed decision-making

    - A consistent training environment to accelerate growth

This is where every athlete starts. Reid Priddy evaluates movement, mechanics, and key skill patterns to identify exactly whatโ€™s holding the athlete back. This session creates a personalized development map, determines class placement, and sets clear training priorities for accelerated growth.

Required before joining any INDOOR Group Classes.

A single-session option to join an INDOOR training class after completing the required assessment. Ideal for athletes who want flexibility or supplemental reps.
