7:00–8:00AM — MOVE INSAND Class
Volleyball-functional movement, conditioning, strength, and agility — all on the sand.

8:00–9:00AM — Volleyball Skills Class
High-rep ball control, cleaner footwork, and smarter play decisions.
Whether you’re learning the game or sharpening your edge — this class meets you where you are.
